pete
I'm stunned. Not quite sure how the Blues Boys managed to rip that one off. Well done team.
PWJ
TABLE AFTER ROUND 6 Former leaders The Chiefs scored a last gasp win today but dropped to 3rd, run down by a whitewash win by The Turbos which lifted them up a spot to 2nd while the Blues - also last gasp winners - move up one place to lead the table after 6 Rounds. A win for The Swamp Foxes saw them advance a place to 4th while The Highlanders, despite a last race loss, salvaged 3 points from their Triple Joker play to move up to 5th. Big losers today were The Ferdies whose Triple Joker play went awry which saw them lose two spots dropping to 6th. The Kauri Kats may have lost but moved out of the cellar due to a bonus point, relegating The Magpies to the basement after their loss. 1st 19 points Blues* $7960.20 2nd 17 points Turbos*^ $6923.00 3rd 16 point Chiefs* $6480.80 4th 12 points Swamp Foxes*^ $5789.80 5th 11 points Highlanders^ $6474.00 6th 9 points Ferdies^ $6535.20 7th 8 points Kauri Kats* $6618.20 8th 7 points Magpies^* $5465.80 1
Howard Atkinson
Well done, Roland. 🙂 Most days 6 winners and $482 into the kitty would have seen me home . . . but when you're up against the top selector in the competition well . . .it's just not gonna be enough. And it wasn't ! You're a champ, Roland. Well played Blues, with many kudos to Pete, a Captain's innings if ever I saw one. 3

Hesi
Well done Chiefs and Tom, just pipped in the last race. Bad luck Ferdies, a long way to go yet and no one has really taken this comp by the scruff of the neck yet Thanks as always for the afternoon's entertainment, raining here in Dorkland. I'm sure you are getting faster at this PJ. Anyone who has tried to do the various options for the next race, will realise how hard it is, yet you seem to do them in a canter

Pete with over a thousand bucks is an amazing day out, goin' like a Winx superstar, and his team going beautifully too, leading the comp. You did great too Howie with a good score and earning good points for the Highlanders so great work there and onwards to another joker play next week too thanks to PJ too, getting the job done, amidst some heavy Flemington Hail and a GEE-man mauling. 4
