Hesi Posted June 22 Share Posted June 22 We have become a nation of inquiry and report writers, and all that happens is Nothing, the same problems re-occur The consultants and lawyers make a lot of money We end up with more red tape and regulations The Racing Industry is no exception Seems to me that the boards and large departments that run this country are full of incompetent, at the best mediocre people, who rely on buck passing to squirm their way through incident to incident Electricity towers falling over, ferries running aground, and that's just this week.
